Nvidia advances in artificial intelligence

Given the fact that generative AI models such as ChatGPT are becoming more and more popular, we can assume that many developers could be interested in Nvidia's new solution offered through the NVIDIA AI Workbench tool. Workbench is a comprehensive system that allows developers to quickly create, test, and customize pre-made generative AI and LLM models on PCs or workstations. Then, it allows them to scale them to any data center, public cloud, or NVIDIA DGX cloud.

Created for advanced collaboration

The simplified user interface offered by Workbench enables collaboration between AI project teams as well as simplified access to popular repositories like Hugging Face, GitHub or NVIDIA NGC. Developers with a PC or workstation with an Nvidia RTX graphics card will be able to work with these generative models on their local systems, yet they can also extend them to data center and "cloud computing" resources if necessary.

A comprehensive strategy focused on AI solutions

Nvidia has entered the market with AI solutions not only with Workbench, but also with other solutions such as Nvidia ACE for game consoles. The company has recently announced the fourth iteration of its Nvidia AI Enterprise software platform, which offers tools for the adoption and personalization of generative AI. Nvidia AI Enterprise consists of several tools, including Nvidia NeMo, which is a "cloud-native framework" enabling users to create and deploy large language models (LLMs) like Google's ChatGPT or Bard.

Collaboration between companies for more advanced AI infrastructure

The recent announcement of a cooperation between Nvidia and Snowflake will allow enterprise customers to use the "Snowflake Data Cloud" to input proprietary data into large language models to customize their requirements. They will be able to train and adjust generative AI ChatBots without having to move sensitive data off-premises. They take full control of their big data files, while maintaining data security. At the same time, customers would reduce the overhead costs of these types of operations.

Nvidia shares have been performing well in the long term

Over the past five years, Nvidia has experienced a significant share price increase of 585.94%. Since the beginning of 2023, the increase represented 194.61%.*
